About Credit/Debit Card

Orders are charged in US dollars (USD). Available checkout methods may include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.

Authorization and Declines

Submitting an order authorizes the payment provider to validate and charge the selected method. An authorization may appear before final settlement. A declined, expired, mismatched, or incomplete payment may delay or prevent order processing.

Secure Processing

Payment details are handled securely by authorized payment providers using technical and fraud-prevention controls. Cirkul does not ask customers to send full card details by email.

Chargebacks

Contact us first about an unrecognized or disputed charge so it can be investigated. Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse may be contested with relevant transaction and delivery evidence.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers normally post the credit within 5-10 business days after issuance.

Taxes

Taxes are charged as required by applicable law and shown at checkout when applicable.
